Planning Phase Syndicate
Planning phase syndicate is a collective of X-Wing miniatures game players, sharing their experiences with the game. They will strive to bring you a variety of content from training and how to videos all the way to streamed games and hot meta-takes. The show’s focus Will be both to teaching new players as well as helping to hone those veterans skills. With fun, educational, and creative content, they will endeavor to add value to the listeners X-Wing experience. With some in-depth discussion, laughs, disagreements, and just plain rants they intend to provide content for the entire player spectrum from beginners to top table finishers. Welcome to the second episode of Planning Phase Syndicate. This episode will contain our Academy 101, Roll Call, What Turns My Dials, and Construct the Death Star segments.
Here is the breakdown of what each segment contains.
Academy 101
This segment name is determining training for new pilots that allow us to explain rules or mechanics of the game that will give a highlight or deep dive into game operation.
Covered this week was Setup and Planning Phase
Live demonstrations using TTS and Cards to help the views understand some of the basic mechanics that go into understanding these two phases.
Roll Call
This segment is to highlight different pilots, cards, or rules that are important to our Academy 101 segment that we feel needs further discussion.
Covered this week was Tobias Beckett and Boba Fett Crew.
Live Demonstration was given using TTS to show how each of these characters can help you during planning and setup phases.
What Turns My Dials
This is an opinion segment where one of the hosts discusses something that bothers them about x-wing whether it be a mechanic of the game, ship, rule or any card.
Covered this week was Sontier Fel by Charles.
Construct the Death Star
This segment is a team building exercise that allows for building a squad that is fun without being ultra competitive that is later used to play against other players Construct the Death Star list in our Trench Run Series.
The List of the Week was given to Matt to fly against Charle’s list from the week before.

Welcome to the Inaugural episode of Planning Phase Syndicate. We are a group of X-Wing 2.0 Miniatures players who came together to form a group that will contribute to X Wing content for every phase of your X Wing journey.
This episode we give introductions to our syndicate members, explain the show, explain how to get involved and air one of our segments called Construct the Death Star.
